Hardware, Rules & Daily Operations
Mulberry is fully web-based and runs on almost any device. You can use the laptops or tablets your restaurant already owns, access it directly via Tamio POS terminal screens, or set up a recommended 23.8-inch display at the host stand.
If your restaurant utilizes Tamio POS, you have the seamless option to access your Mulberry reservation dashboard directly from your existing Tamio POS terminal screens.
Standard tablets are great for simple, on-the-go reservation management and quick check-ins, but working with complex table plan views can be challenging on smaller screens. For full floor map editing, we recommend a 23.8-inch display.
You can define custom booking lead times, maximum party sizes, and automated notices seamlessly in both English and French to cater fully to your local clientele.
You can configure minimum and maximum lead times to ensure guests cannot book last-minute slots without approval or too far in advance, preventing kitchen overloads.
